Payment

We accept any major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Shipping

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped after payment - no shipping will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

  • Inside USA:
    • We offer free FedEx ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days depending on location. For expedite deliveries please contact us and we can arrange different options for you to choose from.
    • For expedite deliveries please contact us at info@cueroandmor.com and we can arrange different options for you to choose from.
  • International orders:
    • Flat 35$ fee per item with premium FedEx International Economy service. Estimated delivery time 4 to 6 business days. Provides tracking information. This is our recommended shipping for our international customers.
    • Free DHL International shipping Global Packet Plus. Estimated delivery time of 10 - 15 business days, for some destinations it may take up to 30 business days. Very limited tracking information. Not available for China.
  • All duties, customs, taxes and any and all other costs associated with receiving shipment for international deliveries are at Buyer's responsibility. If a package takes longer than expected to arrive, we ask you a 3 week waiting period (4 weeks for non-USA shipping) for the package to be sent back to us, the sender, or to arrive to you, the buyer. Please note that Cuero&Mør is not responsible for lost packages by the shipping carrier.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of package receipt to info@cueroandmor.com. We will try our best to resolve any issues. Enjoy your bag!
